In a custom photoshoot, the client and the photographer work together to plan the details of the shoot, including the location, theme, props, outfits, and any other elements that are important to the client. It is a highly personalized and bespoke photography experience. On the other hand, a prearranged photoshoot is a photography session that is already planned and organized by the photographer or photography service provider. These photoshoots are typically set in specific locations that are chosen in advance by the photographer. Clients can book a spot in these photoshoots with a minimum 24-hour advance notice, and they may have limited input in terms of customization compared to a custom photoshoot. Prearranged location-specific photoshoots are often designed to offer a convenient and ready-made photography experience for clients who may not want to be involved in the planning process or who are looking for a specific style or location for their photos.
To secure your preferred date for custom photoshoots, we recommend booking our photography services as early as possible. Popular dates tend to fill up quickly, so it’s best to contact us well in advance to ensure availability and provide us ample time to plan and prepare for your special day.
At this point, we take orders for events like Birthdays, anniversaries, family, family reunions, and portraits.
We understand how eager you are to relive your event through photographs. We strive to deliver the final edited images as soon as possible, typically within 1-2 weeks. However, this can vary depending on the scale of the event and the post-processing requirements.
Absolutely! Your satisfaction is our priority. We encourage you to share any specific shots or poses you’d like to have captured during the event/session. We’ll make every effort to accommodate your requests while also using our creative expertise to capture candid moments.
We always come prepared for outdoor events and photoshoots, and in case of bad weather, we’ll work with you to find alternative indoor locations or reschedule the shoot for a more suitable time.
Our typical package include providing digital images. We do not have a printing house but we can work together to get printing done as per your requirement though other professional printing services.
Booking our photography services is easy! Simply reach out to us via phone or email, and we’ll arrange a meeting to discuss your event’s details and provide you with a personalized quote. Once you’re ready to proceed, we’ll finalize the booking and secure the date for your special event/session.
While our primary focus is photography, we do include a few short videos with our sessions usable for social media posts. We do not offer a full professional videography services. We can provide you with more information and options upon request.
Absolutely! Our portfolio on the website gives a good understanding of the events we covered. We are happy to share a limited gallery of our previous work from clients with consent. However, due to privacy concerns, we do not share pictures of one client with others without written consent.
Our pricing structure typically includes travel expenses within a certain radius of our base location. For events outside this area, we may charge a reasonable travel fee to cover transportation and accommodation, if necessary. We will discuss all costs transparently during the booking process.

To secure your booking, we typically require a deposit, and the remaining balance can be settled either before or after the event. We offer various payment methods for your convenience, including credit cards, bank transfers, or cash payments.
Yes, we provide retouching and editing services to enhance specific images if desired. Whether it’s removing blemishes, adjusting colors, applying creative filters, or doing object manipulation, we’ll make sure the final images meet your expectations.
Upon delivery of the final edited images, you will receive a personal usage license, allowing you to share and print the photos for personal use. However, the copyright remains with the photographer, meaning the images cannot be used for commercial purposes without prior agreement. Posting on social media is still considered personal use at this point. However, if the social media post is part of the sponsored post that will come under commercial use.
Absolutely! Our photographers are skilled in providing guidance and direction during portrait sessions to ensure you feel comfortable and look your best in the photos.
Absolutely! Black and white, vintage or sepia versions can add a timeless and artistic touch to certain images. If you have specific photos in mind for these treatments, just let us know, and we’ll gladly accommodate your request.
We do not offer live-streaming services at this point. However, we can guide you to use available free live-streaming services.
In the event of a cancellation, we have a specific cancellation policy outlined in our contract. The terms will vary depending on the time of cancellation and the event’s nature. We always aim to be fair and transparent in such situations. We’ll work closely with you to find a suitable solution like having a session on alternate date(s). We take data security seriously. After the event, we back up all the images on the cloud and store them securely to prevent any data loss or accidental damage.
Yes, we offer photography services for private ceremonies and intimate sessions. We understand that such moments are equally special and deserve to be beautifully captured.
We respect your privacy and understand that not everyone may want their images shared publicly. We will always ask for your permission before sharing any images on social media or our portfolio
Yes, we provide basic retouching services to enhance the overall look of the images. This includes fixing skin imperfections, blemishes, and other touch-ups to ensure you look your best.
Children’s events require a special approach, and our photographers are experienced in working with kids to capture their playful and candid moments while ensuring they feel comfortable throughout the event.
The final edited images will be delivered to you through a secure online gallery, where you can conveniently view, and download the digital files. The images are typically provided in high-resolution JPEG format.

During the session, my husband plays a key role as an advisor and assistant, available to step in as needed, including assisting with lighting during portrait sessions and other settings.
